Prescription Refills

To renew your child’s prescription please call our Mason office at (513) 336-6700 or our Forest Park Office at (513) 825-9595. Simply give us the name of your preferred pharmacy and we will electronically send your prescription to the store of your choice!

Controlled Medications

Controlled medications such as ADD meds (Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta, etc) must be refilled monthly. They cannot be called in to a pharmacy. These prescriptions MUST be signed by your child's primary care provider and can be picked up at our office Your child will need to have a medication follow up appointment every three months.
