Dosage may be given every 4 hours as needed but not more than 5 times daily. Dosages contain the following strengths:

  • Infant Drops: Each 0.8 ml dropper contains 80 mg acetaminophen.
  • Childrens Liquid: Each 5 ml teaspoon contains 160 mg acetaminophen.
  • Childrens Tablets: Regular tablets contain 80 mg acetaminophen each.
  • Junior Tablets: Double-strength tablets contain 160 mg acetaminophen each.

  • Infant Motrin, etc.: 1.25 mls contains 50 mg
  • Infant Motrin, etc.: 2.5 mls=100 mg.
  • Children's Motrin, etc.: 100 mg/5 mls (tsp)..
